Approximately 18 Inches tall (not including the curve on the bottom) 16 inches wide at the base and 0.150″ thick. Adjustable for height, position and angle. Includes the mounting kit that clamps onto any naked round 0.85″ to 1.00″ handlebar (see listing pictures that shows the mounting style).
