1. Overall Height.
A. The overall height of the Body mount is at installed height. Factory Foam rubber mounts will compress. Body Mounts do not compress.
2. Overall Width.
A. Factory foam rubber mounts cannot handle the weight that a Polyurethane Body Mount can, which requires that the rubber mount be larger than the Polyurethane Mount.
B. Factory foam rubber mounts are designed so no adjustment is required at installation from the factory. Body Mounts KF04050BK and KF04050KV are designed so you can align your cab straight and square on the frame after installation.
3. Factory Hardware
A. You must use factory hardware with Body Mount Kits KF04050BK and KF04050KV. Please follow the steps in your instruction sheet on how to remove the factory hardware from the existing foam rubber body mount.
